Three years ago, when we founded Olpas, we already had a solid foundation in measurement technology, developed during our time at the Belgian Nuclear Research Center (SCK CEN). As a spin-out focused on innovation, our initial needs were simple: an office space, a coffee machine, and some computing power. So, we set up shop in the attic of a private house.
In the months that followed, we expanded. We established a laboratory at the Open Manufacturing Campus (OMC) in Turnhout, started utilizing the warehouse, and eventually moved our administrative operations there as well.
Now, three years later, it's time to officially move on from the attic and consolidate all of Olpas under one roof.
From today, you’ll find all of Olpas activities at OMC. Our new location is designed to support our growth, with ample space for pilot setups, our expanding lab, a large warehouse, and the capacity to scale up production.
